RYDCAST Acceptable Use Policy

The RYDCAST service for South African businesses is provided by RYDCAST South Africa (Pty) Ltd. The RYDCAST platform technology is developed and licensed by CastTech Inc. RYDCAST™ and the RYDCAST logo are trademarks of CastTech Inc.

This policy applies to every advertiser, driver, operator, and visitor using RYDCAST services.

1. Lawful use only

You must use RYDCAST only for lawful business, advertising, transport-media, proof, billing, and payout purposes permitted in South Africa and any other country where you operate.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use RYDCAST to:

Break any law, licence condition, regulator rule, or industry code.
Upload malware, spyware, credential harvesters, or harmful code.
Commit fraud, impersonation, account takeover, payment abuse, or proof manipulation.
Circumvent geofence, audience, billing, moderation, KYC, payout, or safety controls.
Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or exploit any person.
Target minors with regulated products or services.
Misuse trademarks, logos, brands, or official-partner claims without authority.
Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt platform systems without written permission.
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform except under a written RYDCAST agreement.

3. Prohibited campaign content

Advertisers may not submit or run campaigns containing illegal products or services, scams, deceptive claims, counterfeit goods, hate or harassment, sexual or adult content, exploitation of minors, weapons violence, dangerous acts, shock content, or content that encourages unlawful or unsafe behaviour.

4. Restricted categories

Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, cannabis or THC, gambling or betting, financial services, healthcare or pharmacy, political or issue advocacy, religious activity, charities, and dating or adult-adjacent services require accurate classification and may require manual review, additional evidence, age controls, geographic limits, or rejection.

5. Sensitive placements

Regulated adverts must not target or knowingly run around schools, daycares, playgrounds, youth venues, or other child-focused locations. RYDCAST may pause or withhold adverts near sensitive venues.

6. Driver and device integrity

Drivers and device operators must operate only approved vehicles and devices, keep proof systems honest, follow road-safety rules, and must not fake plays, spoof GPS, loop creatives, disable required media players, or interfere with billing evidence.

7. Account security

You must keep credentials confidential, use accurate registration information, and notify RYDCAST promptly of suspected compromise or misuse.

8. Enforcement

RYDCAST South Africa (Pty) Ltd may review activity, request evidence, pause campaigns, withhold wallet funds, suspend payouts, disable devices, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with regulators, payment providers, or law enforcement where required.

9. Changes

RYDCAST may update this policy as laws, products, fraud patterns, or platform controls change. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
